Project Description: UNLV Baseball Clubhouse was a ground up construction of an 10,280 square foot building for Marnell Properties that privately funded and donated to the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Building Construction included select demolition of the UNLV baseball field and university common areas to accommodate the new clubhouse. Construction further included structural steel, structural masonry, high end locker rooms, sports medicine and treatment rooms, coach’s offices, showers, restrooms, players lounge, laundry room, balcony, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, lighting control, intrusion detection system, audio/visual system, cctv system, public address system, video surveillance, and exterior high density laminate panels.
