Owner: The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas Architect: Marnell Architects Project Value: $1,624,000 Date of Competition: December 2016 Area: 3,000 Square Feet Project Description: Complete interior demolition of existing casino floor and bar. Convert the Cosmopolitans guest member’s players club. Construction included high end finishes throughout, with an addition of a men’s and women’s restroom, and a back of house office area for employees. All tile and marble was exotic material from Italy and Spain. Project further consisted of a venetian plaster cantilevered façade with venetian plaster front columns. Project was on an accelerated schedule which was completed on time.
