Riley Sanchez began his career in construction in December of 2004 when he joined Rafael Construction as a project engineer. Riley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. His primary focus at Rafael Construction is our commercial sector, while also assisting on some of the more complex private sector developments.
As a project estimator, Riley Sanchez is responsible for plan distribution, communicating with subcontractors, the architect and company owners. He is also responsible for performing quantity take offs of all construction divisions, qualifying subcontractor bids during the bidding process and related development of a project’s budget.
As a project manager, Riley Sanchez is responsible for the coordination of subcontractors, their respective submittals, requests for information and changes in orders and scheduling. His expertise is successfully meeting the expectations of the specific needs of our clients. Riley has an outstanding ability to establish and enhance team building efforts. He is highly skilled at facilitating communication between the owner, architect and engineers for the entirety of any construction project.
