Rafael Medina Jr. is owner and president of Rafael Construction, Inc., a general contracting company and minority owned business. Mr. Medina oversees all operations for Rafael Construction, Inc., during pre-construction and construction phases.
Mr. Medina is president and primary owner of Rafael Framers, Rafael Concrete and Rafael Civil. He also partners in other construction related businesses in both Nevada and California. He holds general contracting licenses in Nevada, California, Arizona, and Utah.
Prior to the conception of Rafael Construction, Inc., Mr. Medina worked for the Ribeiro Corporation in the General Contracting and Design Division as a field superintendent. Mr. Medina has gained all of his construction knowledge through experience and hard work in the trenches. Since 1991, Mr. Medina has seen his company grow from a $10,000 investment to one with over $175 million in revenue at its latest peak in 2009.
