This project included development of a 4 acre site work with future pads, utilities, cast-in-place concrete panels, structural wood framing, a built up roofing system, elevator, exterior and interior stone. A CMU site wall, synthetic acrylic stucco system with integral color, full mechanical implementations, plumbing, electrical systems and life safety systems.
