Project Description: Complete interior demolition of existing bar down to a grey shell and construction of luxury barbershop and speak easy bar. Project consisted of polished and stained concrete floors with an overlay, architectural structural steel, decorative architectural metals and millwork finishes, epoxy coated flooring, wood flooring, decoctive wood and metal ceilings, stone counter tops, wallcovering, venetian plaster, upholstered wall panels, food service equipment, life safety, mechanical, electrical, low voltage, audio visual, signage, theatrical lighting for concerts and a stage platform.
Project is unique due to the reclaimed subway tiles, marble at counter tops, ceiling tin panels, doors, door hardware, plumbing fixtures, wood floor and barber chairs from New York City and the main bar from Pennsylvania which was over 100 years old.
