Project Summary
This project involved the construction of a 15,000 square foot ground-up office/warehouse made of concrete masonry units (CMU). The construction process included earthwork, installation of wet utilities, site concrete work, landscaping, signage and striping, erection of structural CMU buildings, concrete work, rough carpentry, stucco application, installation of storefront systems, structural steel work, implementation of a built-up roof system, integration of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm, and fire sprinkler systems.
