Project Summary

The project consists of major interior and exterior demolition. Interior demolition involves removing all existing fireproofing from the structural steel, which is falling through the acoustical ceiling tile. It also includes removing mechanical fixtures and units, plumbing fixtures and units, electrical devices and panels, life safety systems, doors, frames and hardware, glass and glazing, carpet, tile, and drywall. Exterior demolition includes the existing building, concrete, asphalt paving, and light pole bases. After complete demolition, all interior and exterior components of the building are brought up to new building codes and outfitted with new construction mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems.
