Project Summary
The project comprised two buildings, collectively spanning 22,800 square feet, forming a retail strip center along with site enhancements. Construction encompassed various aspects including earthwork, wet utilities installation, site concrete work, landscaping, signage, striping, building concrete construction, rough carpentry, stucco application, installation of storefront systems, canvas canopy setup, exterior stone cladding, synthetic smooth finish stucco application, built-up roof system installation, as well as mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm, and fire sprinkler installations.
