Building construction included full off-site and on-site improvements for future residential zoning covering 25 acres with structural steel, a structural curtain glazing system, an outside theater for the school children, mechanical implementations, plumbing, electrical systems, lighting control, an intrusion detection system, an audiovisual system, a CCTV system, a public address system and video.
