Construction included a detention basin with roller compacted concrete walls, maintaining maintenance roads during construction , dust control, channel excavation at required lay back slopes, seismic monitoring, tortoise control, pipe supports and utility relocation, survey staking, striping and signage, material testing and control, and reinforcing steel, double and single swing chain link fencing, post and cable railing systems, and tortoise fencing.
