Project Summary
Ground up construction of 11,000 square feet concrete tilt up building, which consisted of site preparation, grading, underground wet utilities, concrete work, landscape and irrigation, structural steel, metal joist and deck, 4 ply built up roofing, glass and glazing, aluminum storefronts, flooring, architectural casework, overhead doors, full mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire sprinklers, and low voltage.
