Owner: The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas Architect: Marnell Architects Project Value: $8.3 million Date of Competition: August 2018 Area: 6,000 square feet Project Description: Complete interior demolition of existing race and sports book to grey shell and construction of a six-restaurant venue from across the nation. Project consisted of polished and stained concrete floors with an overlay, architectural structural steel, decorative architectural metals and millwork finishes, epoxy coated flooring at the cook lines for each venue, decoctive wood slatted ceiling, soapstone counter tops, wood counter tops, food service equipment, sneeze guards, life safety, mechanical, electrical, low voltage, audio visual, bulk fryer collection system, signage, and KDS systems. Project also included auxiliary support kitchens on three separate floors throughout the casino.
