Project Summary
This 6000 SF work consisted of a tenant improvement in an existing building that was half a century (+) old. The job was a dynamic project where both time constraints, location constraints (being in the center of Fremont street), and your typical unforeseen conditions encountered as you would expect of a building this age. None-the-less, we have exemplified our aptitude for adapting and adjusting as we build. Much of the work was required to be at night due to both interior and exterior construction and with an abundance of concern for the public.
