Project Summary
Project consisted of 15 ground up CMU buildings totaling 75,000 square feet of office / warehouse space. Construction consisted of earthwork, wet utilities, site concrete, landscape, signage & striping, structural CMU buildings, concrete, rough carpentry, stucco, storefront systems, structural steel, built up roof system, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm, and fire sprinkler.
