Project Summary
Just off the Grand Colonnade at The Venetian, Via Via Food Hall feels like stepping into a vibrant, modern-day marketplace where Las Vegas energy meets global street food culture. Opened in June 2025, the hall is a colorful maze of neon signs, hand-painted murals, and aromatic walkways that guide you past chef-driven outposts from across the country. The air hums with the sizzle of Nashville hot chicken from Howlin’ Ray’s, the earthy scent of truffle cream from All’Antico Vinaio’s Florentine sandwiches, and the toasty pull of Scarr’s perfectly blistered New York pizza crust. Ivan Ramen’s steaming bowls mingle with the smoky char of B.S. Taqueria’s tacos, while Turkey and the Wolf’s playful, over-the-top sandwiches add a touch of Southern charm. At the heart of it all, Close Company—a sleek, tucked-away cocktail bar—offers a grown-up pause with artfully crafted drinks. Designed for exploration, Via Via blends casual walk-up convenience with the thrill of culinary discovery, making it as much an experience as it is a place to eat.
