Rafael Framers

In 1991, Rafael Medina, Jr. founded Rafael Construction, Inc., a general contracting company. Recognizing a need for skilled commercial framers in the Las Vegas Valley, he established what is now High Point Construction Inc. (Rafael Framers), a highly sought-after framing division.

With its exceptional performance, Rafael Framers has evolved into an independent entity holding an unlimited C-3 carpentry license. Specializing in diverse projects such as commercial buildings, offices, strip malls, restaurants, and banks, Rafael Framers has completed millions of square feet in panelized roof structures.
