Safety Plan
Our Commitment to a Secure Workplace
At Rafael Construction, we’re committed to ensuring a safe and healthy workplace for all our team members. We strictly adhere to all relevant regulations at the federal, state, and local levels, including OSHA Standard 29 CFR 1910, 49 CFR Part 325, Parts 350-399, and Department of Transportation Motor Vehicle Transportation requirements. Safety isn’t just a priority—it’s integrated into every aspect of our operations.
The foundation of our safety program is the moral commitment to ensure the safety of the employees and the general public who come in contact with our work. We believe that safety is the responsibility of each tradesman, trade partner, and the entire Rafael Construction, Inc. (Rafael Construction) team.
Site-Specific Safety Plan (SSSP)
During preconstruction, Rafael’s superintendent collaborates with our Safety Manager and key trades, alongside the project’s operational staff, to develop a Site-Specific Safety Plan (SSSP) for construction.
Quality Integration
Ultimately, the continued foundation of our safety program is the moral commitment to ensure the safety of employees, site visitors, and the general public. We believe that safety is the responsibility of the Rafael team, each worker, and trade partner.
