This shopping plaza locating in the heart of a fast growing residential community, included of tenant improvements and all associated site improvements.
The size of the project was 12,500 square feet of the existing retail strip plaza. The construction consisted of earthwork, wet utilities, site concrete, landscape, signage & striping, building concrete, rough carpentry, stucco, storefront systems, canvas canopies, rock pro exterior stone, synthetic smooth finish stucco, built up roof system, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm, and fire sprinkler.
