Project Summary
The Work consists of construction of a new 2-story sustainable free-standing addition of approximately 28,290 gross square feet with 18 classrooms, Modernization to the existing campus includes clock / intercom, fire alarm systems, replace boiler, chiller, cooling tower and HVAC and miscellaneous components. Parking lot and playground modifications are also part of the scope of work.
