Project Summary
A total demolition of the existing restaurant and kitchen. Our innovative construction included adding new structural steel, mechanical implementations, plumbing, electrical systems and lighting control; life safety systems, an audiovisual system, a CCTV system, a public address system, video surveillance, high-end interior finishes, ornamental metals, a curved wood wall from the Catskills, New York; concrete tile flooring from Hungary, lava stone from France and a curved wood ceiling from New Hampshire.
